Rilsan® is a unique synthetic thermoplastic  Polyamide 11 powder, which was one of the first powders to be developed for metal coating more than 35 years ago. Since then its applications have diversified continually all over the world and today Rilsan® is known as one of the most versatile coatings in the market.

Coatings of Rilsan® Fine Powders are virtually impervious to extremes of pressure, chemical and temperature. Rilsan® Fine Powders provide highdimensional stability, good resistance to stress cracking, and low moisture absorption. Rilsan® Fine Powders also have a low coefficient of friction allowing products coated with it to shrug off abrasion.
